MANTAR:
So, Hamburg. Lang ist´s her. Ein besonderer Abend also. Erscheint besser zahlreich. Hamburg ist eh immer eine Reise wert. Für uns, für euch und eigentlich für alle. Und deshalb haben wir auch schon jede Menge Bock und zwei Top-Kapellen für gepflegten Stress- und Assifaktor im Gepäck . Ein bunter Abend für eine schwarze Republik… Wir saufen schon mal vor, denn vielleicht wird´s voll. Also bitte Karten kaufen oder klauen. Uns egal.
Also: „Du fährst nach Hamburg, ich schwör´s dir!“.
Bis denn. Hanno und Erinc.
Das Konzert wird präsentiert von: RTN-Touring, Nuclear Blast, Deaf Forever, VISIONS, Metal Hammer, Metal.de, Metalnews.de
MANTAR
two piece monster from northern germany. debut: „death by burning“ recorded in early 2013. no fancy art production -> just raw display of power. the half german / half turkish band exists for not even a year. true battle hymns and sinister sounds of darkness. no gimmicks, no image, pure rage. bone crushin‘ like the berzerker’s path. in spite of the fact no bassguitar has been used on the record, MANTAR manages to sound even meaner and heavier than a five piece band due to superior skills in general. flogging beats and blackened melodies meet feedback orgies and doom mayhem.
DESERTED FEAR
Thuringia´s DESERTED FEAR are one of the best and most talented death metal bands from Germany, crafting their vision passionately and merciless since 2008. Their debut album „My Empire“ (2012) blew up a lot of dust, DESERTED FEAR are on their way to become one of the most important forces in the European metal scene. Germany´s ROCK HARD magazine praised the album as „…simply amazing how the whole albums offers it´s permanent hit potential. If it´s allowed to say so within the death metal world. Great start!” DESERTED FEAR combine the sound of Swedish death metal with US old school death metal to create their very own, modern sound, without losing heavyness and authenticity. The band also caused some dropped jaws and destroyed the place on festivals such as Summer Breeze, Party San Open Air and Extremefest. DESERTED FEAR are now back with their new album „Kingdom of Worms“, which was recorded in June and July 2014 once more at Eisensound Studio in Eisenberg (Thuringia / Germany) under the knife of guitarist Fabian Hildebrandt. Mixing and Mastering duties have been handled by legendary Dan Swanö (Edge Of Sanity, Bloodbath, etc.), who put the finishing touches on „Kingdom of Worms“ in his very own Unisound Studio.
DEATHRITE
Not too many bands share the ability to instinctively hit the sweet spot where only the most severe elements of death-metal, grindcore and punk converge. Surely one of the most thrilling acts of this rare breed are DEATHRITE from Dresden, Germany, who honed their knuckle-dragging savagery for four years now over a series of releases, including the highly praised „Into Extinction“, released through the esteemed German label Per Koro in 2013. On numerous tours and countless shows DEATHRITE have played with internationally renowned artists like Napalm Death, Rotten Sound, Aura Noir, Mutilation Rites, Integrity and Full Of Hell, just to name a few. Coming from – and sticking to – Germany’s vivid DIY punk scene these four guys have never been afraid to add a huge amount of old school Death Metal riffage, Grindcore speeds and even hints of head-hits-concrete sludgecore villainy into the mix. The preliminary peak of this malign mixture is DEATHRITE’s newest album „Revelation Of Chaos“, that will reveal itself via Prosthetic Record in 2015. The outcome sounds like a beer and blood soaked Death Metal show that might very well have happened in a Swedish basement around 1992, including the trademark HM2 sound that hasn’t been presented in such a sordid perfection since Dismember’s “Like An Ever Flowing stream”. Yet the song-writing is so bare-bones to the point that “Revelation Of Chaos” will bring together Metalheads, Punks and Grindcore freaks at ease to destroy themselves in every mosh pit ever. Let the chaos arise.
